Biscoe for Philomath

Philomath is in the process of updating the 20-year Comprehensive Plan.  The Oregon State constitution and Oregon’s Land Use Planning Goals protect the communities right to be involved in this process. The Comprehensive Plan for Philomath was last updated in full in 1998.  This new update will influence the Philomath of our future, but we need your voices to be heard to develop planning that will best serve all of Philomath.

 Let us prioritize safe neighborhoods, affordable living, steady economic growth and a strong sense of community where everyone is welcome.
